摘要
Recently, H. Triki and A. Biswas obtained an important generalization of the derivative nonlinear Schrodinger equation which is referred to in the literature as the Triki-Biswas equation. The Triki-Biswas equation plays a very important role in propagation of short pulses of width around regions of sub-10 fs in optical fiber systems. In the present paper we consider the application of a new function, recently introduced by Kudryashov, for determining the solitary wave solutions of Triki-Biswas equation. Bright and singular solitons are formally derived.
