This article is based on the necessity of the integration of aerobics teaching and humanistic quality education. It elaborates the combining opportunity between aerobics teaching and humanistic quality education and emphasizes the interaction between them; it puts forward the perfection of humanity quality education system and the recommendation of improving teachers' humanistic quality in colleges and universities.
