EPA control system model is represented by Oriented-Object Analysis, design approach and implement flows is addressed in paper FDT integrated EPA configuration software, which configured distributed control loop, into system architecture application and recognized field bus protocol and device type information in XML/XSLT FDT fieldbus-independent architecture application platform get all information from field devices, parsed XDDL device description file, and implemented EPA field device interoperability. EPA configuration software and FDT standardization application is studied, and FDT interface specification which are tailored to EPA protocol is presented Field bus control system (FCS) based on FDT and monitor management system has been developed, and fieldbus device interoperability has been implemented. Through testing control loop configuration based on field device, FDT configuration management system supporting EPA standardization was applied in industrial automation and validity of configuration management system was proved.
