摘要
The Pd/Segphos-catalyzed allylations of stereodefined polysubstituted ketene aminals provide an easy and straightforward access to vicinal acyclic tertiary and quaternary carbon stereocenters with very high diastereo- and enantioselectivity. All possible stereoisomers could be achieved through this diastereodivergent approach.
