摘要
The internet has brought revolutionary changes to tourism, especially to the distribution channels of tourism products and services, enabling the final consumer to get what they need directly from suppliers in order to exclude the role of the intermediary. In the corporate travel market, travel agencies called Travel Management Companies (TMCs) are under strong pressure to find ways to reinvent themselves in the face of the imminent threat of disintermediation. In order to know the assertive strategies that the Travel Management Companies (TMC's) could adopt, in the perspective of their contracting clients, a Multi-criteria model was applied in the Verbal Decision Analysis using the ZAPROS III-i method. The method proposes to list, in order of relevance, the strategies that could interfere in the decision analysis of the travel manager when hiring the services of a TMC.
