摘要:
A benzothiazole-based fluorescent probe N-(4-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)phenyl)-2-((2-hydroxyethyl) (pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)acetamide (FL) has been synthesized and characterized, and its recognition properties towards various metal ions have been studied by spectrometry. The results showed that FL was highly sensitive and selective to Cu2+, and other metal ions did not interfere with its recognition for Cu2+. The stoichiometry of the complex formation of FL with Cu2+ was determined to be 1:1, and the fluorescence intensity of FL varied almost linearly versus the concentration of Cu2+ (3.8 similar to 9.6 mu mol.L-1). FL can also be applied to detect Cu2+ in different water samples such as tap and lake water. CCDC: 960513.
