摘要:
High-gravity reactive precipitation (HGRP), a novel low-temperature solution-based synthetic method, has been developed for the preparation of single and complex Ba1-xSrxTi1-yO3 (0 <= 1, 0 <= y <= 0.5) nanoparticles with size tunability. The synthesis yields clearly nanospheres with a pseudo-cubic perovskite structure. The as-prepared perovskite powders are completely miscible solid solutions. The particle size and crystallinity of the as-prepared powders depend on chemical doping. Because of the simplicity and generalizability of the approach used, it is anticipated that the synthetic strategy presented can be extended to the mass production of various perovskite nanoparticles with size tunability.
