The symmetry of the superconducting order parameter in Bechgaard salts is still unknown, though the triplet pairing is established by NMR data and by large upper critical field H-c2(0) similar to 5 T for both (H) over right arrow parallel to a and (H) over right arrow parallel to b'. Here we start with a low energy effective Hamiltonian and study the temperature dependence of the corresponding H-c2(T)'s. The chiral f-wave superconductors appear to be the most favourable candidates. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
