摘要
As the development of E-com is based on the world economy and IT industry, different features are shown in different countries of different phases. The purpose of this article is to search out obstacles existing in E-com development of our country's enterprises and their influence on Chinese E-com by analyzing differences between Chinese and American E-com development. It also offers a kind of application steps to E-com development of Chinese enterprises.
