PIBID AS A STRATEGY FOR APPROACHING BETWEEN UNIVERSITY AND SCHOOL IN THE TEACHING TRAINING PROCESS

摘要
The research carried out had as objective to analyze the influences of PIBID for the process of initial formation of the future teacher from the looks of the program coordinators of the different degree courses of the State University of Maringa (UEM). From a qualitative analysis of the descriptive type, supported by a semi-structured interview, whose interlocutions were based on two central themes, namely: characterization and understanding of PIBID; and, influences of PIBID in the teacher training process. The study points out that the program confers several benefits and positively influences the training process of future teachers, causing professional identity to be shaped more forcefully by the articulations generated in the school environment and highlights that PIBID has been facilitating the narrowing of the relationship between university and school, providing benefits beyond the process of training the future teacher.
