摘要
We present a simulation study on the system size dependence of the directed, elliptic and triangular flow parameters of charged hadrons produced in nucleus-nucleus collisions. A multiphase transport model (AMPT) has been used in its string melting version to generate multiparticle emission data in Si-28 + (28S)i, Ni-59 + Ni-59, In-115 + In-115 and Au-197 + Au-197 interactions, each at an incident beam energy of 30A GeV with targets fixed in the laboratory. The distributions of flow parameters, their centrality dependence, their dependence on transverse momentum are examined. Rapidity dependence of the directed flow parameter is also presented. The eccentricity scaling of elliptic and triangular flow parameters is explored. Hydrodynamical predictions of the scaling properties of the collective flow parameters are tested. Most of our simulation based results can be interpreted in terms of the geometrical effects and/or multiplicity scaling. The present analysis allows us to set a reference baseline for the system size dependence of the flow results in a baryon rich and moderate temperature environment that is expected in heavy-ion collisions at a moderate value of the collision energy.
