摘要
An analysis is carried out to study the effect of Hall and Ion-slip current and heat transfer characteristics over an infinite vertical plate for micropolar fluid in the presence of magnetic field. The governing boundary layer equation first transformed into non-dimensional form and resulting non-linear system of partial differential equations are then solved numerically by using the robust implicit finite difference technique. Also the unconditional stability and convergence test has been carried out to establish the effect of shear stresses, couple stress, Nusselt number and Sherwood number on the flow field. Finally, the effects of various parameters are separately discussed and shown graphically. (C) 2015 'The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
