A generalized joint discrete universality theorem for the Riemann and Hurwitz zeta-functions

摘要
We prove a discrete version of the Mishou theorem on the approximation of every pair of analytic functions by shifts of the Riemann zeta-function and Hurwitz zeta-functions. For this, a certain independence hypothesis is applied.
