摘要：

The theory of collision-dominated dust voids in plasmas was presented. A model was developed for the ion-neutral friction with the ion drift velocity in a low temperature plasma. Nonlinear equations were formulated for the case of a quasineutral plasma as well as for the case in which the plasma quasineutrality was violated.
