Synthesis and characterization of phthalocyanine-based soluble light-harvesting CIGS complex

摘要
An easy and versatile solution-based route for the synthesis of a new phthalocyanine-based light-harvesting material PCIGS [Cu-2(tBu(4)PcGa)(tBu(4)PCIn)S2TPP2] is described. This material is prepared through a one-pot reaction of tBu(4)PcM-Cl (M = Ga, In), CuI, and [(CH3)(3)Si](2)S in the presence of triphenyl phosphine. In contrast to the dilute solution, the linear absorption coefficient of PCIGS complex in the solid state (alpha(0) = 145.35 cm(-1)) is about 150 times greater than the dilute solution (alpha(0) = 0.95 cm(-1)) under the conditions of the study. The molecular structure of this material is proposed on the basis of the extended X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy.
