摘要
To develop a citizenry implies the redefinition of education as a tool for the essential transformation of the Culture through the cultivation of values, knowledge, and abilities that contributes to the integral formation of the student. In this article, we will found a pedagogical and didactic route that contributes to the development of citizenry related abilities through the writing of argumentative texts as a result of the project Argumentative writing as a practice for the building of citizenry. This project was carried out in the official educational institutions Juan Maria Cespedes and Centro Formativo de Antioquia (CEFA). The analysis, debate, and findings on the route mentioned gave as a result of the need for the generation of spaces for dialogue, alongside with pedagogical and didactic strategies in the teaching of the citizenry education field in the school context. the argumentative texts allowed to precise the positions of students towards the realities in their surroundings.
