摘要：

Enterprises are the main body of technological innovation, which may be affected by six major factors. The risk of an enterprise's technological innovation can be identified as the internal risk and the external risk based on the process and the factors of technological innovation. The premise of either type of risk control is to collect information from five information sources. In the risk control process of technological innovation, it is very important to transform the information into competitive intelligence and apply them to the enterprise's decision-making process.
