摘要
In some cases, the food's producers, in their wish of get a big and fast profit use older techniques and technologies, which can be dangerous through their secondary effects for the environment. An effective and efficient management must include getting the optimal report price/product quality and the pollution standard's agreement for the environment too. So, introducing and respecting the quality' standard QMS ISO 9001: 2008 specific for the food processing, the food safety standard (the ISO 22000:2005 family of standards) and the environmental standard too (EMAS included) are principal conditions that will be obligatory (and in rapport with the requirements imposed by the process of the UE integration) for all the food factories. The product's custom satisfaction will be complete, in the clean, ecological environment keeping conditions. The work paper suggests creating a smart alternative for small food business to achieve the same objective.
