摘要：
This paper reports preliminary results of a study conducted in the environment of a prime contractor and its suppliers. It investigates the opportunities and requirements for optimizing supply chains. A description of multi-layered collaborative procurement planning and optimization will demonstrate how to maximize supplier relationships through the use of emerging technologies in electronic commerce and supply chain management.
