摘要
We have studied magneto-photoluminescence at 4.2 K on a series of high-quality T-shaped GaAs edge quantum wires (T-QWRs) whose linewidths are as small as 4-7 meV. The effect of lateral confinement on exciton wavefunctions in T-QWRs is evaluated by means of the diamagnetic shifts.
