摘要：

We report on a 57-year-old woman with a pituitary adenoma presenting Cushing disease and primary empty sella. The association of empty sella and Cushing disease is a rare clinical entity, and only 22 patients with this association are in the literature. The diagnosis requires venous sampling of adrenocorticotropic hormone in the cavernous sinus. Surgical treatment is also difficult because it is often accompanied with cerebrospinal fluid leakage.
