摘要
Inequalities in cancer are certainly partly social, and we refer this as first injustice that makes some people sick while not others. It is possible that psychic inequalities also interfere, since psychological factors might partly predispose some people to the occurrence of a cancer or to unfavorable prognosis. These psychosomatic hypotheses do not justify neither strictly causal psychogenetic attributions nor metaphorical interpretations inherited from theories about hysteria. It is understandable that patients facing this "first injustice" sometimes construct such explanations, but it is important that a respectable psychosomatic thought clearly stands out against, to avoid blaming the patient and neglecting somatic care.
