摘要：

An enterprise is a complex system integrated with nature, society and human and characterized by synergy. Industrial capacity, technical development capacity, institutional capacity and market development capacity are the basic capacity composition of sustainable development for an enterprise. Due to restrictions of random factors of enterprise capacity structure and external environment, the sustainable development capacity of an enterprise is determined as a whole. Therefore, studying the mechanism for sustainable development of an enterprise should attach importance to cultivation of industry, technology, institutional and market development capacities and interaction thereof to realize sustainable development of an enterprise.
