Photoluminescence (PL), time resolve PL and optical reflectivity spectra of novel molecular complex of fullerene C-60 with 9,9'-trans-bis (telluraxanthenyl): C26H18Te2 . C-60. CS2 (BTX C-60. CS2) have been investigated. We have found that the PE spectrum in C-60+BTX is shifted by 0.16eV towards lower energies compared to Cao The optical reflectivity spectrum of C-60+BTX is also different from that of C-60. fullerene C-60. The time-resolved measurements revealed a long time decay of all lines in PL spectrum.
