摘要
The process of current collection of the sliding electrical contact of pantograph-catenary system is accompanied by friction and wear. The friction and wear have great influence on the reliability of the electronic connection of pantograph-catenary system. The friction is the main influencing factor of the friction and wear. In this paper, the electronic connection state of pantograph-catenary system is simulated by the pin-on disc tester, and the influence mechanism of the normal load, operating speed and current density on the friction is studied. The results show that the increase of the normal load leads to the increase of the friction. The increase of the operating speed leads to the strong arc which leads to the damage of the contact surface of the pin, so the friction increases. The increase of the current density will optimize the lubrication performance, resulting in a decrease in friction. And the mathematical model of the friction with the normal load, the operating speed and the current density is constructed by the obtained friction regularity, and the validity of the model is verified by the historical data method.
