摘要：

This study develops a model of context (IT/Environment /Strategy /Size/ Technological Turbulence) and dimensions of organizational structure in structural contingency theory. Using data from a sample of 131 Chinese firms and analyzing by structural equation model, the study shows environmental uncertainty positively predicts decentralization. Diversification strategy is related positively to liaison mechanism. Size is related positively to complexity and decentralization. Technological turbulence inversely predicts formalization and positively predicts decentralization. IT infrastructure inversely predicts decentralization and positively predicts formalization.
