摘要
Centrifugal pump is one of the most used pump types in industrial applications, and Health and Performance Monitoring (HPM) of pumps using lots of tests can prevent loss caused by failures. Therefore, Design for Testability (DFT) need be implemented in order to reduce the test costs as much as possible on the basis of meeting the HPM requirements. As the basis of DFT, testability model can improve its efficiency. Hence, a Fault Evolution Testability Model (FETM) for centrifugal pumps is proposed and testability analysis method considering HPM requirements is developed in this paper. Finally, the results of case study show that FETM can correctly describe the relationships between fault growth and tests, and testability analysis proposed in this paper can help DFT to improve HPM level.
