摘要：

Currently, we are less and less facing the phrase "research and development" and instead of it "research, development and innovation" is gaining its power in use increasingly. Technology transfer in relation to innovative processes in the society and economy is what should connect the research and development on the one hand and the needs of the society and economy on the other. R & D and innovation contribute to the economic growth and job creation. New technologies also help to solve the social problems as poverty, poor health status of the population and environmental degradation.
