摘要：

A multidetector array to operate as UHE primary cosmic particle telescope at sea level is described. The directional characteristics of the telescope including the study of shower front curvature and time fluctuation of shower front particles for observation of the potential UHE discrete point sources of the northern hemisphere are presented together with an estimation of errors in the measurements.
