Analysis on Logistics Cost Control Mode from the Perspective of Supply Chain System

From the solution measure construction of cost control, it can be constructed from macro, meso and micro levels of the three aspects. Based on logistics cost control mode from the perspective of supply chain system, it implements the work of improving enterprises' profit from the micro level, so as to be the starting point of this paper. The specific control mode can surround: deepening the understanding of supply chain, clearing the goal of logistics cost control, improving the means of logistics cost control and focusing on logistics cost performance evaluation of the four aspects. From the statistical data of the industry, the logistics industry's average profit rate is in the level of 10%-20% in China, from the current labor-intensive operation mode, it is of low level. Thus, improving the profit rate of logistics enterprise is the hot topic in the society. From the construction of solution measures, it can be constructed from micro, meso and macro level. Based on logistics cost control mode of supply chain system perspective, it can improve the enterprise's profit from micro level, so as to become the starting point of this paper.
