Synthesis and Optical Properties of 3,4-Diamino-6-aryl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-5-carbonitriles

摘要
Previously unknown 3,4-diamino-6-aryl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-5-calbonitriles were synthesized by reaction of 4-amino-6-aryl-2-bromopyridine-3,5-dicatbonitriles with hydrazine hydrate. Study of the optical properties of the synthesized compounds revealed their fluorescence in solution with the emission maximum located in the range of lambda 484-548 nm and quantum yield of 0.9-3.9%.
