Research on the Management and the Cultivation of International Business Talents in Chinese Medicine Colleges and Universities

With the development of medical and health care in China, the trend of international trade of traditional Chinese medicine is gradually warming. Chinese medicine colleges and universities have trained a large number of Chinese medicine professionals and management personnel, becoming a synchronous school structure including of Chinese medicine arts and economic management subjects. However, people who both understand Chinese medicine and international trade rules are of the few professionals. At present in the international trade of pharmaceutical corporations employees either understand medicine and lack foreign trade knowledge and experience, or possess professional knowledge of foreign trade but not specialize in medical knowledge. Both of them are difficult to adapt to the growing needs of the pharmaceutical trade of transnational corporations and will seriously hamper the innovation and change in the medicine field. Therefore, the task of training business talents to understand foreign regulations, operations and medicine appears to be imminent.
