摘要
With the growing importance of distance learning in a post-pandemic world, university students are increasingly using e-learning tools like Moodle. Therefore, we must measure the success of Moodle from the point of view of the students. Many empirical studies have sought to use several models to analyze the success of LMS in the past, but no study of the success of Moodle has been carried out at ISCAP-IPP. This study consists of an empirical test of the 2003 version of the IS success model applied to the use of Moodle in a business school. We put propose a research model with six key constructs: information quality, system quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction, and net impacts. To test this model, SEM-PLS was applied to data obtained by a Web survey with 208 answers from students. The results have implications for the educational community and show that the quality of information and system is the main factors in determining the impact of Moodle.
