摘要
Output pulses of master oscillator with pulse duration 3 ns at 946 nm were injected into a ring regenerative amplifier of 3 m length. Developed a high-speed electro-optical switcher with rise/fall time similar to 1 ns is used for pulse input/output. Output energy of regenerative amplifier is 20 mJ at 50 Hz.
