Relying on the phenomenological qualitative method of analyzing collected data, this research paper recognizes Rohingya and host community members' perspectives on the Tele-rehabilitation service during the COVID-19 pandemic. Results. Results of the conducted study show commencement of telerehabilitation in Bangladesh has positive outcomes and can be adopted widely in various related sectors, expanding options and possibilities for people with disabilities and the Rohingya population.
