摘要
Graphene oxide has attracted extensive attention in the field of microwave absorption (MA) due to its excellent electronic conductivity and special two-dimensional structure. Herein, the ZnSnO3/reduced graphene oxide (ZnSnO3/rGO) hybrid material was successfully fabricated by the hydrothermal method. The composition, morphology, and structure of the hybrid material were investigated in detail. The results show that the ZnSnO3 cube particles are uniformly covered by rGo and have an internal connection in 2D rGo flakes. In order to explore how varied mass ratios effect on the MA properties, the associated electromagnetic (EM) parameters and EM energy loss ability of the ZnSnO3/rGO materials with different additions were discussed. The optimal MA property was found in composites with a minimum RL value of -53.7 dB at 14.16 GHz, frequency range (RL <= -10 dB) of 5.25 GHz at 1.8 mm, and mass fraction of 50 wt%. The ZnSnO3/rGO hybrid displays such excellent EM attenuation property, which can be attributed to the polarization relaxation, the conductive network, multiple reflections, and special spatial structure.
