摘要：
This paper establish a index system and use the cluster of grey incidence and cluster with fixed weights to analyze the efficiency of China commercial banks, include the State Owned Commercial Banks (SOCB) and the Equity Commercial Banks (ECB). We make some meaning conclusions and suggestions about the bank industry of China.
