摘要：

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is a severe eruption chiefly induced by drugs. Herein we report a rare case of AGEP following treatment with dapsone. A 75-year-old woman developed febrile eruption after treatment with dapsone for seborrheic pemphigus. A diagnosis of dapsone-induced AGEP was made on the basis of a skin biopsy and immutability. Complete regression of lesions was obtained after withdrawal of dapsone. (C) 2020 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
