摘要
Based on the analysis of present situation of energy and industrial structure in Hebei province, using the Laspeyre factor decomposition method, according to the energy consumption data of Hebei, by decomposing factors of the aggregate energy intensity and energy intensity of industrial level, it calculated and analyzed the effect on the energy intensity by the change of industrial structure and the industrial energy efficiency in Hebei: the structure share and efficiency share played the completely opposite role to reduce the energy intensity. Among them, the structure share was negative, it showed that the industrial structure adjustment has hindered the reduction of energy intensity; the efficiency share was positive, it indicated that the energy efficiency of each industry promoted the reduction of energy intensity.
