摘要
Field test, fault tree analysis and safety check list are commonly used for the safety evaluation in oil and gas stations. The crude oil gathering and transportation station was evaluated by use of them. The results show: Firstly, the wall thickness of the import pipeline, road crossing pipeline and steam pipeline is seriously reduced, especially the steam pipeline. Secondly, on 29 basic events in fault tree of oil tank, main causes leading to the top event storage tank fire and explosion are X-1 Blind hot work, X-2 Leaving fire after hot work, X-3 Fire of human error, X-18 Sealing leakage of storage tank, X-27 Opening storage tank and X-28 Leakage of separating tank, etc. Thirdly, the boiler room is checked using the safety check list method. The inspection results are consistent with the provisions of "safety supervision regulations of steam boiler".
