摘要
The target assignment problem of phased-array radar network for detecting hypersonic-glide vehicles (HGVs) in near space was studied. A distributed target assignment method based on contract net protocol algorithm and auction algorithm was proposed. The target assignment model of phased-array radar network was constructed, the target and the radar were regarded as the bidding commodity and the agent participating in the bidding, respectively. The bidding of the agent was divided into three situations: non-overload first bidding, overload first bidding and continuous bidding, and the bidding functions of the three situations were designed. Each agent determined the bidding price according to its own state and battlefield situation, and the agents determined the bidding result by exchanging bidding information. The performance of our proposed method was verified by two simulation scenarios of multi-target attack and saturation attack The simulation results showed that compared with the independent resource management method, the method proposed in this paper had higher target assignment rate and target threat degree, and better continuity and sustainability for detecting HGVs.
