To explore the relationships among organizational learning, organizational innovation and core competence, Chinese enterprises participated in this investigation. We, found that organizational learning positively influenced organizational innovation and core competence while organizational. innovational. positively influenced core competence. As anticipated, the intervening effect of organizational innovation was significant between organizational learning and core competence organizational performance. That is, direct and indirect effects, of organizational learning on core competence were both testified. Implications, limitations and future research directions for the study are discussed.
