摘要
Many applications of Wireless Sensor Network need to determine the node's absolute or relative position automatically and accurately. An improved DV-Hop localization algorithm is proposed in this paper. Three levels of correction will be implemented. First, the average hop distance error of all the beacon nodes is eliminated. Second, the overlap of the path is eliminated. And third, the average hop distance of network is calculated. The simulation results show that the proposed improvements can enhance the localization accuracy and coverage of the nodes. (C) 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
