摘要:
On the basis of the modification of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) and the redox reaction between KMnO4 and manganese acetate, the MnO2 active component was in situ decorated on the surface of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and used for low-temperature selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3. The microstructure and physicochemical properties of the as-prepared MnO2/PPS-SDBS catalytic filter material were investigated by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, etc. The results indicated that the amorphous MnO2 and some crystalline K2Mn4O8 with nanoflower morphology were well dispersed and firmly attached on the surface of PPS fibers. Furthermore, MnO2/PPS-SDBS possessed outstanding low temperature catalytic activity, and the NOx conversions could reach 42.3-100% at 80-180 degrees C under optimal reaction conditions. Meanwhile, the catalytic filter material presented good air permeability and excellent cyclic and long-term stability due to the high dispersion of the active component and the surface modification of PPS with SDBS, which seems promising for simultaneous removal of NOx and dust in practical applications.
