摘要
We have organized a supporting team of eLearning development in higher education for a decade. Within the history we have employed persons engaged in a different type of profession and background in the last career, and then recognized there are some key competencies and skills requiring to the member for which they can work actively. We show the competencies and related skills that we have studied through implementation on university-wide eLearning strategies empirically, and in literature study. We consider the competencies are combined those of project managers, consultants, Web and instructional designers, IT system administrators, instructors/trainers, because the staffs are demanded variously supports tailored to constituent members as our clients. We, in addition, show a supporting way for efficient eLearning development named "the triangulated supporting approach" in which we provide assists from three aspects as Information Technology, Instructional Design, and Instructional Management. The approach is not only to establish tailored development of eLearning materials efficiently, but also useful to give basic knowledge for quality assurance in education to the constituent members adequately.
