Heparin in acute ischaemic stroke - The T wave is negative and it's time to stop

摘要：
The use of heparin for acute ischaemic stroke has long been controversial. Although it may have some theoretical benefits in preventing fibrin formation and thrombus propagation, data from 16 randomised controlled trials involving more than 22000 patients show that heparin produces no significant net benefit in eventual outcome.
