摘要：

In the paper, operation mode of Pingdingshan Power Supply Company is analyzed, and operators scarcity, centralized control substation construction, escrow substation and culture of company on operation of Pingdingshan Power Supply Company are discussed. The greatly centralized control management mode of substation is put forward due to numerical substations, smart grid and advanced protective relaying equipment. What's more, centralized control escrow substations management is put forward and escrow substation is managed by the greatly centralized control management of substation. Enterprise culture renovation is discussed in this paper. Function of culture is discussed and attached importance to renovation. The greatly centralized control substation management, the greatly centralized control escrow substations and enterprise culture renovation etc are improved to solve questions well.
