Applications of the highway micro-surfacing technical maintenance

This paper focuses on the research of the mixture ratio design for the micro-surfacing and the construction technology of the highway. And the research has shown that the improvement of the micro-surfacing has a significant effect on the anti-skid performance, flatness, smoothness, density and wheel track recovery of the highway, and has improved the performance of the highway. And the preventive maintenance thus can be achieved. It has a unique power on the filling of wheel track, recovery of road surface anti-slip, obturating of road surface water infiltration, improvement of road surface flat degree and control of suffusing oil. Also, it has many features such as easy construction technology, low cost and little pollution.
