摘要：

With the occurrence ratio of construction safety accidents increased gradually, the factors resulting in accidents occurrence are extraordinary complicated. The analysis indicates that the management defect be very important factor bringing on accidents occurrence, besides lacking of building technology, being bad constructing condition and aging of construction machinery etc. Based on management oversight and risk tree (MORT), the systematic analysis on some factors about management aspect of influencing construction safety is implemented in the paper, from two aspects both the calculation of minimum aggregate and configurable importance degree, by establishing construction safety accidents MORT chart. The aim of above work is to find out management blemish of construction safety accidents and bring forward preventive countermeasures. It is such a very important effect on improving, construction safety management level that the MORT analytic method will be effectually used in construction safety management.
