摘要：

The occurrence of central vein total occlusion results in upper arm edema, pain, and hemodialysis access failure in uremic patient. Previous studies have proven the effectiveness of percutaneous balloon angioplasty for central vein total occlusion. Here, we report a rare case of successful revascularization of central vein total occlusion via antegrade and retrograde approach. (C) 2010 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
